Unlock your Bootloader
Some manufacturers or GSM carriers doesn't allow Bootloader unlocking but you can often find a way around that with some searching (try the XDA Developers forum).
Since some manufacturers have been so adamant to Bootloader customization because, its a program that determines which applications will run in your phone’s start-ups memory or processes vice versa, and you must unlock it in other to allow you to customize your Android device.
