Sharing your PC internet to your other devices comes easy because,
Microsoft already equipped their windows operating system with the
right apparatus to get the job done, and reason why people shares their
internet connections are not far fetch because, some wants to cut cost
of monthly subscription and or want to share it with their friends or
siblings around them and whatever case your is, I like it when people
wants something and they just strife for it and go after it because of
the saying, if you want something done, you have to do it yourself.
Procedures:
Go to start menu > then the Control Panel, look around for the "Network and sharing centre, then click to open the Manage wireless networks, Its on the second list on the image below:
After that, it will take you to the next windows where you need to
To click on "Add" to enter where the main configuration is:
The main configuration has two interface for you choose from and they are Ad-hoc or Manual, so, click "Next" once until you reach the next where you are required to select either the Ad-hoc part because, the manual part is if you are trying to connect to a wireless and not you sharing, once that is selected, give it a name and assign a password. As seen in the image below, the make sure you select a more secure pass and also the password too. Don't make the mistake of selecting open in the password field you as this would allow anybody who see the signal a chance of connecting and using it freely.
Next, remember to mark or tick the save network right below your lower left hand corner of your pc and then click on the next, and you are done. Just launch your device wireless scan, scan for any available using hostpot or the wifi name you created, enter the password you created, and the sign in to the hotspot.
Note you can connected as many as possibe other devices including laptops but, endeavour to minimise these devices from being too much as it would eventually slow down the server internet speed.
